Directly: We collect personal information which you directly provide to us, including when you communicate with us via the chat function on Teachable, or by email.
Indirectly: We may collect personal information which you indirectly provide to us while interacting with us, such as in emails, posts to forums on Teachable and in your online enquiries.
From third parties: We collect personal information from third parties, such as from Teachable, when you enrol or sign up to one of our courses.;
Why we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information
We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:
to provide our Services to you, including to provide you with our online course, and manage any one-on-one appointments with you;
to enable you to access and use our Services and associated social media platforms, such as Telegram;
to contact and communicate with you about our Services;
for internal record keeping, administrative, invoicing and billing purposes;
for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our Services, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our products and services and other information that we consider may be of interest to you;

While we store personal information in Australia, where we disclose your personal information to the third parties listed above, these third parties may store, transfer or access personal information outside of Australia, including but not limited to, the United States of America.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take in response to your complaint.

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures, to safeguard and secure personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

Teachable's Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
How we use collected information
The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service
- Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience
- We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.

The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School.
